Good service and product

After being let down by 3 other suppliers lounge living delivered as promised with contact to ensure knew dates. Really pleased with desk fits perfectly in space and with keyboard rest and shelf makes incredibly practical to use with laptop and monitor.

Stylish Desk

The assembly was achieved but the instructions could have been better. The plastic fittings to cover the holes are cheap plastic but with £5 spent on solid oak mushroom covers looks a lot better. The metal H frame had one hole which was defective but Jual were really helpful and friendly sending a replacement straight away.

Helsinki desk

Good quality but let down by the plastic plugs which covered the screw holes. They were so different in tone from the oak (almost pink!) and look tacky. Will use wooden dowels so they disappear. Worth commenting to the manufacturer. Despite this would rate your company as excellent. Not available when ordered but asked if I would like to wait and receive a phone call when back in stock 15/6/20. Kept to word and delivered within 2 days. Would recommend.
